- Challenges Related to Letters of Credit (LC/CAD/DP)
Some customers misuse LC/CAD/DP contracts by intentionally adding discrepancies to delay or reverse orders, or by demanding LC releases
under revised conditions. Waqas Chemicals is aware of these practices and will work closely to ensure proper LC handling,
compliance, and risk mitigation.

With strong experience in resolving packaging issues (also), we work closely with suppliers through clear communication, video evidence, and warehouse visits, and request tailored packaging safety tests to ensure suitability for local conditions. In the past, we have successfully addressed storage-related issues such as improper pallet removal, outdoor stacking, or poor indoor placement by guiding customers on correct handling practices and coordinating with suppliers to adjust stitching and packaging machine settings, ensuring improved packaging performance and brand protection.
